My second time trying this in the last couple of months. This is a sparkling wine made in the traditional method from 100% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) grapes. Similar to the first bottle I tried. The note can be found here: https://www.intowine.com/reviews?region=&varietal=&uid=Loren+Sonkin%2C+Michael+Cervin&score=&grade=All&vintage%5Bvalue%5D%5Byear%5D=&search=giacosa&before=&after=&sort_by=created&sort_order=DESC
If anything, this bottle seemed a bit fresher. It might be because I had it with Pesto Pasta which worked very well. The wine has nice depth and complexity. Good acidity. Drink now.
