Yellow green in color. A bit of sulfur on the nose along with some limes and minerals. Slightly oily texture. Slightly crisp. Finishes a bit soft. Overall a nice wine that should work well with food. It did seem like many 2016's this lacked a bit of acidity.
Yellow/gold in color, clear and bright. The nose shows smoke/sulfur which partially blows off. Limes and slight white pepper come out. Medium bodied. Velvety texture. Low acidity. On the palate, minerals with slight limes and a hint of herbs. This drinks easily on its own. Drink over the next few years.
Biodynamic wine tasted at the winery. Very light silvery/gold in color, clear and bright. The nose is very nice with a floral note (apple blossoms?) and limes with some minerality. Slightly oily/velvety texture. Good acidity. Dry. On the palate, this is very lively. Limes, slight herbal note and minerals. Long finish. This drinks so easily on its own but will work well with foods. Of course, Wiener Schnitzel, but also some good ole Texas Chili would work well. Drink over the next 8 to twelve years.
Bought off the list a Heuriger Zimmerman in Vienna, Austria. Light golden in color with some green hues, clear and bright. The nose is great with limes, white pepper and minerality. medium bodied. Good acidity. On the palate, limes and green apples with a bit of salinity. Lively. Nice finish. This is delicious and drinks easily with a wider variety of foods. It would be great with Schnitzel. Drink over the next five to eight years.

Very similar to the Steinfeder version just more of everything. This is great on its own and will work well with most lighter foods. Thai food would be a nice match. Drink over the next three to five years.
