Notes - Keeping to this philosophy, the 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon received French oak barrel aging to provide the wine with a rich, supple mouth feel and a hint of toastiness. This full bodied wine delivers a firm core of plum and blackberry followed by very ripe black cherry and red currant fruit. Bold and luscious with hints of dark chocolate, caramel and spice, this wine exemplifies the blockbuster year all the critics are raving about.
