This is 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. Salmon pink in color with gold hues. A moderate mousse with small bubble, clear and bright. The nose is nice with strawberries, and slight orange peel. Full bodied. Good acidity. Less froth than the Brut. On the palate, pomegranate and strawberry notes. Some orange notes. Long finish. This is ever so slightly sweet. Drink over the next couple of years. This would go well with Roasted Chicken or Duck.
Made from organic grapes. 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir. Pale, silvery gold in color. A nice mousse of tiny bubbles, clear and bright. The nose is nice with lanolin, lemons and slight chalky note. On the palate, this is frothy with good acidity. Sweet/tart with green apple flavors. Very tasty. Nice minerality. Long finish. This is drinking quite well. Drink over the next few years. Very food friendly, this will work with just about any food you care to have it with. It was also great with popcorn! Great Value!
An amazing value in sparkling wine! This is a blend of 75% Pinot Noir and25% Chardonnay certified organic grapes from Argentina. The Charmat method allows for the fermentation in stainless steel tanks to capture the carbonation. Salmon pin/orange in color, clear and bright. Lots of smaller bubbles. The nose is very nice with strawberries, yeast (at the proofing stage), and minerals. On the palate, this is crisp with light tannins. Notes of fuji apples, strawberries and minerality. Nice acidity.

This is a sparkling wine made from 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay from Argentina. The grapes used are grown organically at an altitude of 4,000 feet. It has a pretty salmon pink/orange color with a nice mousse of many smaller bubbles. The nose is very nice with strawberries and cranberries and a slight ginger note. I thought this was a step or two better than the 2019. Either way, both are very nice values in Pinot Noir. Very light ruby in color, clear and bright. As an aside, I love Pinots that look so watery and wimpy and then, Boom. Delicious. The nose has cherries, slight cinnamon, Chervil. Medium to full bodied. Nice texture. Light tannins. On the palate, tart cherries and slight rhubarb. This is still quite tight and just starting to open after 5 hours. It could use a few years of cellaring or a six hour decant.
