Light golden in color. Nice mousse of medium sized bubbles. The nose is all about red apples (fuji?). On the palate, this is frothy and slightly sweet. Not a serious wine but tasty and fun. It has a place in this world.

This cava is a blend of 35% Chardonnay, 35% Xarel·lo, 15% Macabeo, and 15% Parellada. Light golden in color, clear and bright with a nice mousse of medium sized bubbles. The nose has seltzer, slight diesel notes (which blew off with air), almonds and green apples. Medium bodied. On the palate, this has a nice complexity to it. Lemons, grapefruit, yeast and slight minerals. Good acidity. Nice finish. Hard to beat this for value in sparkling wine. Nice on its own, but better with food. Paella would be an obvious choice. Drink over the next few years.
Golden/pink in color with a slight mousse of medium bubbles. The nose is nice with minerals, oranges and some apples. Medium bodied. Moderate acidity. On the palate some apple cider notes with a touch of sweetness. Solid finish. This is easy to drink and probably a bit better with some fried appetizers. Drink now.
$12 gets you this delightful sparkler. Perfect for mixing or drinking on its own at parties. Light gold in color. Lots of medium to large bubbles. The nose is lemony which carries thru to the palate. Apparently there is no Xarelo in this but it is 100% Chardonnay. It certainly punches above its weight class. Outstanding value.
Light silvery gold in color. A fair amount of medium sized bubbles. The nose is clean with slight citrus and minerals. Also a bit of a burnt note. On the palate, this is slightly bitter. Easy drinking. Not a lot of depth but would be a perfect mix for mimosas or other sparkling mixed drinks.
