This wine was reviewed on this site back in the 2021 vintage (93 points), so it was great to try it again in a different vintage. Just as good, maybe better. The wine is mainly Vermentino from west coast of Tuscany. Pale silvery gold in color, clear and bright. The nose is wonderful with aromas of white peaches, a bit of white floral notes and slight citrus (orange?). Clean. Great acidity. Medium bodied. On the palate, this has some substance and depth. Flavors of minerals, salinity, peach and slight citrus. Long finish. This is delicious on its own and better with food. A great choice would be scallops. Drink over the next few years. This is one of those wines that upon sipping, it grabs your attention, the label gets checked and another sip gets taken. And, the abv is 12.5%!
