And yet another winner from Kutch and Trout Gulch Vineyard. Light gold with some green hues, clear and bright. The nose is great with lemon peel, sea air, slight vanilla and a hint of minerality. Medium to full bodied. A wisp of tannins. Great energy and balance. On the palate, this is delicious. A bit of green apple, some lemon peel, loads of minerality and a touch of spice. Refreshing acidity. Long finish. This is young and should improvve with good cellaring. Drink over the next ten to fifteen years. Great on its own, but will be better with food. A great choice with Halibut.
