This is a Kosher (Mevushal) Cabernet Sauvignon from Argentina.  It was nice to try this as the Malbec version is very good and most of what Domaine Bousquet releases is very good or better and a great value.  And so is this one.  purple in color with ruby hues, mostly opaque and bright.  The nose is nice with cassis, black cherries, slight green bell pepper and spice.  Medium bodied.  Medium tannins.  Good acidity.  On the palate, some depth.  Flavors of black cherries and slight cassis.  Nice finish.  This is nice on its own and better with food.  A great choice with burgers off the grill.  Drink over the next five years.
