The label lists the grapes as regeneratively grown and also lists that as one of two ingredients (the other a tiny bit of SO2). It is 100% Vermentino sourced from Ledbetter Family Vineyards in Lodi, California. Prior vintages are labelled as Vermentino but this one as White Wine. They are in the process of being Demeter Certified Biodynamic. Pale straw/gold in color, clear and bright. The nose is nice with peach, almond, and slight citrus. Light to medium bodied. Slightly oily texture. On the palate, there is moderate acidity with flavors of peach with a slight bitter almond on the finish. This wine is nice on its own and works well with lighter foods. It went well with a vegetable wrap. Drink over the next two years.
