2021 Fait-Main Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Las Piedras, USA, California, Napa, Wine Review

This is a Wow bottle.  A bit young to be sure, but still drinking great.  Inky purple in color, opaque and shimmering bright.  The nose is deep with cassis, dark chocolate, graphite, spice and char.  Full bodied.  Firm tannins.  Great energy.  On the palate, this is delicious.  Tight at first but open to show depth with flavors of cassis, chocolate, spice and char.  Long finish.  This will continue to evolve and develop and some bottles will undoubtedly deserve a 100 score.  It is great on its own and will work with big fatty foods such as Prime Rib.  Drink over the next twenty to twenty five years.
