This is a Pinot Noir from Argentina. Pale Ruby in color, clear at the rim, clear and bright. The nose has black cherries, slight blueberries and a bit of dried herbal notes. Medium bodied. Nice texture. On the palate, cherries with a touch of sandalwood. Light tannins. Long finish. This is nice on its own but would be even better with food. A nice wine to serve with roasted duck or chicken. Drink over the next five years.
This is made from 100% organically grown Pinot Noir grapes from the foothills of the Andes (4,000 feet) in Argentina. 13.1% ABV. Very attractive packaging. Salmon copper in color, very light, clear and bright. The nose is nice, clean with strawberries and watermelons. Medium bodied, slightly viscous and slightly tart on the palate. Refreshing. The nose has cherries and rhubarb with a nice minerality. This is a reasonably serious Rosé with some depth. There is some noticeable alcohol/warmth on the moderate finish. From Argentina. Ruby in color, clear and bright. The nose has cherries, sour cherries and a bit of char. With air a cherry candy note emerges. On the palate, this has a lot of tannins (most unusual for a Pinot Noir). Plenty of cherry fruit with some tarragon. A bitter cherry note on the finish. This is a unique take on Pinot most likely due to the soils but also the high altitude of the vineyards. It should drink well for another five to seven years. This will go well with Salmon or Tuna steaks off the grill.
I thought this was a step or two better than the 2019. Either way, both are very nice values in Pinot Noir. Very light ruby in color, clear and bright. As an aside, I love Pinots that look so watery and wimpy and then, Boom. Delicious. The nose has cherries, slight cinnamon, Chervil. Medium to full bodied. Nice texture. Light tannins. On the palate, tart cherries and slight rhubarb. This is still quite tight and just starting to open after 5 hours. It could use a few years of cellaring or a six hour decant. This is 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. Salmon pink in color with gold hues. A moderate mousse with small bubble, clear and bright. The nose is nice with strawberries, and slight orange peel. Full bodied. Good acidity. Less froth than the Brut. On the palate, pomegranate and strawberry notes. Some orange notes. Long finish. This is ever so slightly sweet. Drink over the next couple of years. This would go well with Roasted Chicken or Duck.
An amazing value in sparkling wine! This is a blend of 75% Pinot Noir and25% Chardonnay certified organic grapes from Argentina. The Charmat method allows for the fermentation in stainless steel tanks to capture the carbonation. Salmon pin/orange in color, clear and bright. Lots of smaller bubbles. The nose is very nice with strawberries, yeast (at the proofing stage), and minerals. On the palate, this is crisp with light tannins. Notes of fuji apples, strawberries and minerality. Nice acidity.
