This is their basic Cabernet but don't under estimate it.  Purple in color, opaque and bright.  The nose is deep with cassis, blueberries, cedar and spices.  Full bodied.  Firm tannins.  Nice balance.  On the palate, this is complex if tight.  Give it a few hours of decanting if opening soon.  Flavors of cassis, blueberries, cedar and dark chocolate.  Long finish.  This is open now but will continue to improve and patience will be rewarded.  Drink over the next twenty to thirty years.  It is great on its own and will work with typical foods, i.e. steak, prime rib, etc.
