Sineann makes some really great wines from Oregon and Washington but they also make some everyday wines that are tremendous values. This is one of the later. This is a blend that changes from vintage to vintage but is a blend of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel and sometimes Merlot or Cabernet Franc. It is basically what is left after the single bottlings and other blends but is still very good. Deep ruby in color, mostly opaque and bright. The nose has black cherries, cherries, black raspberries, spice and slight char. Medium to full bodied. Light tannins. On the palate, there is some varietal complexity. Flavors of red and black fruits. Good finish. This drinks easily on its own and works well with food. A great choice for Pizza night or a mid-week burger. Drink over the next couple of years.
