The "Chateau" range of wines is the top of the Musar portfolio.  It is a wine with a long history and though it can have variation, a good bottle is one of the great bottles in the world.  The 2019 is the current vintage.  This bottle was opened and decanted for about 4 hours prior to consuming and while the wine will no doubt improve, it showed very well indeed.  It is deep brown/red in color and not too dissimilar from the color of a cola.  There is slight brett on the nose reminiscent of an older Chateauneuf du  Pape.  Also raspberries, cherries, black cherries, and black pepper.  Full bodied.  Medium tannins.  A nice backbone of acidity.  On the palate, this is deep if a bit tight.  Flavors of black cherries, black raspberries, raspberries and black pepper.  Long finish.  It is nice on its own but would be better with food.  Roasted meats of Root vegetables would be a great pairing.  This bottle should last for another thirty or forty years.  It is worth buying now for two reasons.  One, provenance as poorly stored bottles may have issues and two, the price is a great value in fine wines but will go up when the next vintage is released.  The score will undoubtedly go up a few points with time.
