Had not had this in a few years. At age 10, this is humming along. Pop and pour, it took about an hour to shift into high gear. Medium gold in color, clear and bright. The nose is clean with a lot of minerality along with a stronger peach note than earlier bottles. Medium bodied. Slightly oily texture. Great balance. This is complex and deep on the palate. Lots of minerality. Slight bitter lemon pith note on the finish. Not the best vintage for this wine but another example of producer over vintage. Should easily go another ten years. It drank great on its own and would be perfect with Thai food.
