This was purchased a couple years ago at the winery.  Wow.  An 11 year old Gruner that was wonderful.  From Biodynamically grown grapes.  Baumpresse is an old Roman style of press for grapes that was apparently useed to make this wine. Medium golden in color, clear and bright.  The nose is intense with limes, dried and fresh floral notes, a slight dried woody note and a hint of spice.  Medum to full bodied.  Very light tannins.  On the palate, this is complex and deep with minerality and slight limes.  Long finish.  Delicious.  It was great on its own and would work well with chicken or duck.  Drink over the next five to ten years.
