Notes from the producer - This Fumé Blanc is pervaded by aromas of pear, grapefruit, apricot and hints of tangerine and lemon. It has a fresh acidity, but a rich mouth feel with flavors of pear, apple, grapefruit, lemongrass, lychee, stone fruits and hints of melon and minerals. This crisp, fruit-driven wine is a great aperitif, will pair wonderfully with any seafood or poultry dish, and will drink deliciously on a warm day.
