Miner Family Vineyards

For classic Napa chardonnay and stem-less Riedel wine glasses, be sure to visit the Miner Family tasting room. The gracious staff will happily recount the history of the property, the family ties that outline its ownership, and the favorite-chard-of-the-White-House status underlined by the several thank you notes and official state menus mounted on the hall walls.

A few small tables on the terrace allow for a quick, impromptu picnic for groups of six or less, and the view of the rolling vineyards make for a pleasant backdrop. Tours, which include a stroll through their wine caves, are available by appointment.
