This is a blend of 20% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Meunier, and 50% Pinot Noir.  Light golden in color, clear and bright.  A nice mouse with a steady stream of tiny bubbles.  The nose is nice with apples, slight apple cider, and slight peach.  Medium to full bodied.  Good acidity.  On the palate, this is clean with red apples and slight minerality.  Long finish.  The Lot number was L230588 3125.  This is drinking well and should be consumed over the next few years.  It is lovely on its own but should go with virtually everything from popcorn to Prime Rib.  A great value in Champagne.

Wow.  One of the best Viognier based wines that I have had.  Medium golden in color, clear and bright.  The nose is clean with steely melons, pears, and minerality.  Medium to full bodied.  Crisp acidity.  On the palate, honeydew, pears, slight lemon and underlying minerality.  Long finish.  This is delicious on its own but will be better with food.  It would pair nicely with Pork Chops.  Drink over the next three to five years.

This is the final vintage of this wine.  It is an 80/20 blend of Marsanne and Roussanne.  Light golden in color, clear and bright.  The nose has apples, baked apple pastry, and some pears.  Medium bodied.  Smooth and  more on the elegant style.  Crisp acidity.  On the palate, flavors of apples with some minerality.  Someone mentioned a bit of reduction but it didn't stand out for me.  Good finish.  This is drinking well now and should for another five to ten years.  Better with food, it is still nice on its own.  This would be nice with Sushi but also with Cold Chicken on a picnic.

Great showing for this bottle.  It is pricey, but the wine is great.  Golden in color with some green hues, clear and bright. The nose is great with peaches, white flowers along with an underlying earthiness and salinity.  Medium to full bodied.  Complex.  On the palate, peaches, lemons and slight vanilla.  Nice acidity.  Long finish.  This is still youthful and should drink well for another five to ten years.  It is nice on its own and will stand up to most foods.  It would work with Roasted Asparagus (no easy feat) but it would be great with Roasted Shellfish.
