Blend of indigenous varietals, varies depending on vintage (usually Bogdanuša, Pošip, Maraština, Prč, Trebbiano Toscana) from Croatia.  Bilo Idro is the name of Zlatan Otok’s restaurant and wine bar, in the fishing village on the island of Hvar, Sveta Nedilja.  Pale yellow in color, clear and bright.  The nose is clean with minerality and sea air.  Medium bodied.  On the palate, there is seems to be a very slight sweetness to this wine.  Also, plenty of minerality.  Good finish.  This took some time to open and worked better with a bit of cheese than on its own.  Drink over the next couple of years.
