This is a wine for those who are a bit more health conscious when choosing a bottle of wine. It goes thru a process where the wine ends up being 85 calories per glass at 9% abv and zero sugar. Presumably that process is Osmosis related. In addition, this wine is also priced very reasonably. Yellow/green in color, clear and bright. The nose is nice with sea air, slight tropical fruit, and some grapefruit notes. Light bodied. Moderate acidity. On the palate, this drinks easily. Flavors of lemon with slight grapefruit. Moderate finish. It drinks well on its own and will work for lighter meals. Tuna or Crab Salad would be a nice pairing. Drink over the next year. It is very competitive in quality with Sauvignon Blancs in its price range and given the healthier nature, one worth trying.
