This is an inexpensive from Romania.  Although labelled as semi-sweet wine it is more off dry. Ruby in color, clear but slightly flat.  This was purchased in a deli catering to the Russian community in Ohio, so storage is unknown.  The nose has nice cherry fruit with some dustiness.  Medium bodied.  There is just a touch of sweetness in the wine.  Cherries come thru to the palate as well.  It drinks easy and is a nice alternative for those who like sweet reds.  It probably should be consumed in the next couple of years.  It works well on its and would work with some pastry but maybe also with a beef and potato stew.
