Dream Wine:2003 Rene Rostaing Cote Rotie La Landonne. I tasted this wine recently and it was absolutely, and without question, the best wine I have ever tasted - complex structure, bouquet and finish with the most significant earthy, mineral flavor of the regional terroir throughout. Just amazing.

el Greco is a hack writer who lives in San Francisco. He loves long walks through deserted alleys, chain-smoking, borrowing money from friends, and has yet to be discovered by the City’s social set. He is currently amassing one of the most stupendous wine cellars in town of which not a single bottle will be bequeathed to his heirs or friends as he plans to drink every last drop himself.
