Dinner party in the Napa Valley

Hi.  It's my husband's 50th birthday this fall and I want to throw him a party up in Napa at a winery.  Possibly in a cave possibly outdoors under the stars.  Does anyone have any great recommendations on wineries with a beautiful setting that will accomodate a dinner party for 22 people?  Thank you in advance.
