Mondavi Vineyards

Mondavi Winery sits on a massive piece of property with a lot of culture and history behind it. This was one of the first vineyards to offer tours, tastings, culinary and art programs. It's programs have grown and become world-renowned, making it an excellent choice for first-time wine tasters and connoisseurs alike. Visitor programs include a signature tour and tasting, a discovery tour through the historic vineyard, cellar tasting in a private setting, and a twilight tour--perfect for a little nighttime romance. If you're an art buff, there's even more incentive to pop by Mondavi. Its rotating exhibits feature local and emerging artists in painting, photography and sculpture. You may want to time your visit to coincide with a concert and the annual summer festival (a ritual that goes back to 1969.)
