The Vibe:

The Cape Dutch architecture of Chimney Rock, modeled after a winery in South Africa, is unique along the Silverado Trail. The facility sits on the site of a former golf course, and visitors can view a bunch of basalt outcroppings known as the Stag’s Leap Palisades from just outside its front door. Inside, one can taste from among their list of cabs and blends, or browse their book selection, which includes A Good Life, by David White, a murder mystery set in a similar winery setting. If you go on a weekend, you may even run into Mr. White signing copies of his book.
