2023 Chateau Musar Jeune Rosé, Lebanon, Wine Review

This wine is 80% Cinsault and 20% Mourvedre from Lebanon.  The Jeune lineup is the lower priced selections from the winery.  Orange/pink in color, clear and bright.  The nose is slight with some light cherry notes.  With air, some strawberry notes come out, too.  Medium bodied.  Good acidity.  On the palate, flavors or slight oranges along with a touch of cherries.  Moderate finish.  This is an easy drinking rose.  It is nice on its own and will work with most foods.  It would go well with Grilled Salmon as well as lighter foods such as Egg Salad.  Drink over the next few years.
