This is a Kosher wine that is a blend of 56% Merlot, 23% Petite Verdot, and 21% Cabernet Sauvignon from northern Israel. Purple in color with ruby hues, mostly opaque and bright. The nose is nice with black and red raspberries, green bell pepper, plums, milk chocolate, and spice. Medium to full bodied. Medium tannins. Good acidity. On the palate, this drinks nicely. Flavors of black raspberries, plums, raspberries and milk chocolate. Good finish. A very enjoyable wine that is nice on its own and food friendly, too. Drink over the next five to eight years. A nice match with Roasted Squash.

This is a Bordeaux blend from Israel of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot and 4% Petite Verdot. It is one of the more expensive bottlings coming out of Israel. It is a very nice wine but whether it is worth the money is another question. Purple in color, ruby at the rim. The nose is earthy with black cherries, some cassis, slight bell pepper and spice. Full bodied. On the palate, the black cherries come thru with a streak of bell pepper over and earthy/charred bed. It drinks like classic Bordeaux. Nice balance. Light tannins. Solid finish. This seems to be at peak and should be

This is a kosher wine from Israel. It is an 80/20 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon to Merlot for this vintage. Deep garnet in color, mostly opaque and bright. The nose is nice with black cherries, some black raspberries, cherries, and slight milk chocolate. Full bodied. Light to medium tannins. Moderate acidity. On the palate, this drinks easy. Cherries and black cherries. OK Finish. This drinks easy and will work well on its own, for the Seder, or with Chicken or Brisket. Drink now.

This is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Carignan and Marselan from northern Israel. Purple in color, opaque and bright. The nose is nice with attic dust, cassis, black cherries, char and spice. Full bodied. Firm tannins. On the palate, this is drinking well. Lots of black cherry fruit with some spice and char. Good finish. This should drink well over the next three to five years. It is nice on its own but would be better with food. It will work well with braised meat dishes.

The nose has cassis, black raspberries, plums, green bell pepper, thyme and char. Medium to full bodied. Medium tannins. Good acidity. On the palate, this is an easy drinking red wine. Flavors of plums, cassis and black raspberries. Good finish. This is nice on its own and will work with most foods. Drink over the next few years. it worked well on our Passover Vegetarian Seder.

This is a proprietary blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petite Verdot and Merlot from Israel. Inky purple in color, opaque and bright. The nose is deep and complex with cassis, black raspberries, char, moist earthiness, and spice. Full bodied. Firm tannins. Nice balance. On the palate, this has ripe black cherry fruit along with plums, spice, slight chocolate and char. Long finish. This is tasty and drinks easily on its own and will work well with many foods. It should be a natural with Brisket (the Jewish kind). It is Kosher. Drink over the next three to five years.
