The Vibe:
Driving up to the tasting room of this small, quaint Silverado Trail winery is like pulling into someone’s driveway. Which makes sense, because that’s literally what you’re doing. This family-run winery, owned and operated by a Dutch immigrant and his wife, releases the valley’s only late harvest cabernet sauvignon, and they also produce cabernet and chardonnay. The tiny tasting room is housed in a former chicken coop, and the winemaker and his staff are often available for a quick chat or Q&A.
