Mumm Napa (the new world child of a very French champagnery) provides such a setting in spades. It’s also a shoppers’ and tourists’ delight, with everything from glassware to t-shirts.  If relaxing on the terrace and enjoying the view isn’t your thing, you can take your glass of bubbly for a stroll through their on-site photography gallery, which features works by Ansel Adams, among others.
