Vitiano Sangiovese 2007

Really a very well oaked and massaged blend of Cabernet sauvignon, Sangiovese, and Merlot produced by Az. Vinicola Falesco, in Montecahino, Italia. This is a true value driven gem that begs to buy a case. Initial bottle whiffs rich, ripe blackberry and cassias fragrances -yum! Tastes of lush de cassias, pine needle, black currant, raisin, soft spice, yew and oak, with an easy fruit driven liquid finish. Elegance far past it's value.

Ripe blackberry, faint lilac.
