Tasting Notes:
A blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot from five different lots sourced from California regions: Howell Mountain, Oakville, Rutherford, Saint Helena, and Spring Mountain. Ruby colored blend with nose of raspberry phosphate and Fig Newtons. Thin light mouthfeel with clear flavors of cran-cherry, Sen-Sen, lush Acai, hints of ginger, and new leather. Take a generous gulp and it's a big round mouthful of black cherry in exact balance, out to a lingering 45 second soft pepper finish.
