Tasted at the winery.  Biodynamic.  Silver/golden in color, slightly cloudy but bright.  The nose is initially tight, but opens, first showing asparagus, then minerality, a bit of ginger and finally, limes.  Medium bodied.  Medium tannins.  Nice acidity.  On the palate, the limes are in the forefront but there are also nice mineral undertones.  Really nice creamy texture.  Long finish that has a bit of green apple.  This is drinking beautifully, but will likely improve over the next year or two.  Drink over the next ten to fifteen years.  This would go well with fish or tofu tacos.
