Tasting Notes:
Fantastic wine. A cab has to be great for me to like it and Clark-Claudon hits the mark.
I would serve this wine for:
Dinner guests anytime. This is a "first" bottle you open as it is that good.
I shared this wine with:

The nose on this wine reminds me of:
Not hot on the nose at all, as some Napa cabs can be.
This wine would pair well with the following foods:
I'd pair this with most steaks as well as ribs.
I think this wine is priced:
It's pricey at $70. I think there is a Napa premium on this one. I love it but $70 is a lot to pay for any wine. Fortunately it is part of the California Wine Club so it came as part of my club shipment. Kudos to California Wine Club for choosing a great wine like this.
If I have any gripe with this wine, it's that:
The price tag. Napa Valley Cabs are able to charge a premium because of their pedigree but this same wine made in Washington or the California central coast would be more like $40-$50.
