But when opened ist morphs into soft kirsch liqueur, slight pepper box, and ist much much more agreeable and quite civilized Bing cherry notes to almost raspberry sweetness. Slide into soft home plate and quite civilized finish. Must have time to open 2 heures at very minimal, o thou of impatience . ..which leads one to believe has some 5-10 year age potential...and look for magnums, ja?
