I happened across this site and had a minute so I took the Wine Quiz on the home page that consisted of 10 questions. I knew the answers so was very surprised to see that they marked one wrong.

For the record, oloroso is NOT a sweet sherry. An oloroso is a sherry that has been made in an oxidized style. If the winemaker wishes, he may add varying amounts of PX to it to sweeten it. These sweeter sherries are sometimes called "amorosos". But oloroso in its basic form is a dry sherry. I sell a wonderful dry oloroso as part of our sherry portfolio.
