Details: Why Cabernet? Because Cabernet is what we do best. This is the dinner you don't want to miss. Join us for a wine and food pairing experience where owner, Jacques Schlumberger, and our winemaker, Mike Brunson, will get into the library and choose some remarkably well-aged reserve Cabernets. Beginning with a reception with hors d'oeuvres hosted by Mike and Jacques, you will then be invited to dinner, catered by our close friends and wonderful French caterers, Chloe's.
