Amateur & Recreational Classes with the French Culinary Institute

Want to sharpen your knife skills, decorate a three-tiered cake, or put together an elaborate multi-course meal? Pick a course that suits your fancy and get ready to take your cooking and baking skills to new heights.

 

Starting June 4th and running throughout the summer, with classes ranging from Italian classics to cake techniques and design, as well as wine tasting and pairing – there is a course for everyone of any skill level. 

 

Teens can participate in Cooking Camp while vacation seekers can taste the world in a Secret of Spices class. For those who enjoy summer barbecues the American BBQ-Grilling class provides new techniques to add your grilling experience. Classes in Food and Wine Pairing are available as well as Beer and Food Pairings. This summer the French Culinary Institute provides every avenue for you to indulge in your interests in the culinary world.
