A special evening of California Cabernet Sauvignon and American Wagyu Beef featuring a chef's competition for the best Cabernet and beef pairing as well as a comparative tasting of current vs. aged wines with your marvelous gourmet dinner poured by the winemakers themselves. And, as a special thank you, each guest will go home with a gift from the California Cabernet Society's wine cellar!
